The gym is an integral part of top volleyball, so we only trust coaches who have the best knowledge in the field, which Štefan Orosz undoubtedly has.

Štefan works not only on himself, but for the last decades also on his charges. He is constantly developing his knowledge in the field of bodybuilding and brings it into his training in order to achieve the desired form. Hard work and training must be done systematically and throughout the year, not only in the pre-season and always under the supervision of a specialist, patiently and thus leaving nothing to chance. Combined with a balanced diet and supplements, it is possible to achieve a strong and resilient body that will not betray you throughout your career.

We are very happy that Stefan is part of a strong team at Volleyball Institute and together we provide the best service and preparation to our players.
