VOLLEYBALL INSTITUTE Client information on the processing of personal data 

Dear client, we kindly ask you to read this information about the processing of your personal data pursuant to Articles 12-14 of the EU Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation").

Who are we and where can you find us?

Your personal data is processed by the company MARTIN NEMEC VOLLEYBALL INSTITUTE s.r.o., with registered office Plynárenská 3B, Bratislava - Ružinov 821 09, ID No.: 52 953 882, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 143213/B. What data we process, legal basis, purposes and processing periods

 

 

Contract documentation data

By accepting our General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") or, in the case of clients under the age of 16, by completing a registration form through a responsible representative, you have entered into a service contract with us. The personal data that you provided during registration (filling in the electronic form containing the fields for filling in the client's details), in particular first name, surname and email. The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation.

After termination of the contract, we will continue to process this data for the purposes of our legitimate interest, which is to exercise, prove and defend legal claims, generally for a period of 4 years from the first opportunity to exercise the right. We retain the records for one month after the service has been provided.

Details of service provision

By filling in the contact form, personal data in the scope of first name, last name and email is processed. The personal data provided in this form is used exclusively to contact you back and reply to your message. The legal basis for the processing is consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.

Accounting and tax

We also record data on the content of services and payments for tax and accounting purposes, on the legal basis of a legal obligation (in particular obligations under Act 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting) for a period of time determined by the regulations, generally 10 years.

Health data

The controller does not process personal data on the health status of clients except in the following cases,

(a) When their processing is imposed on the controller as a legal obligation by regulations or decisions of a competent Slovak authority (in particular for the purpose of protecting public health), e.g. Decree 16/2002 of the Office of Public Health of the Slovak Republic - in this case they are processed on the basis of a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation for the period of time under the relevant regulation or regulation and on the basis of an exemption under Article 9(2)(g) or (i), or

(b) Where the client has given specific consent to the controller for their processing. In such case, the personal data are processed on the legal basis of consent pursuant to Article 9(2)(a) of the Regulation, for the period specified in such consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Clients are advised that the trainers for individual exercise are not employees of the controller and the controller does not process the personal data provided by the client to the trainers, nor is the controller responsible for the processing of such data, nor is the processing of such data covered by this notice.

Marketing

For marketing purposes, we use your personal data (email, first and last name) on the legal basis of your consent until it is withdrawn. Providing consent is voluntary and you can withdraw consent at any time. If you are a client of ours, we may also use your contact personal data for marketing on the legal basis of legitimate interest. We process data for such purposes for a maximum of 5 years from your last visit. This processing is subject to the right to object.

 

Social networks

We may post photos or videos from training sessions or camps on social media to promote our activities. The legal basis for processing is consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.

Cookies

When you use our website or the pages of our registration and booking system, small files (cookies) may be placed on your computer which can transmit and store data. Necessary cookies are processed on the legal basis of legitimate interest, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation, which is the proper functioning of the website and the registration and booking system. In the current setting of the website, only cookies are used for the purpose of the correct functioning of the website, namely the cookie phpsessid, which allows the state of the user's session to be maintained during the visit to the website and is processed and stored only for the duration of the browsing session.

 

Categories of processors or other recipients of data

 

 

External collaborators

External collaborators, e.g. coaches, whose names are published on the Volleyball Institute website (www.volleyball-institute.com), in which they may process client contact and identification data, booking and payment data for the purpose of providing services.

Analysis

For the purposes of the "Player Analysis", "Match Analysis" and "Opponent Analysis" services, we process additional data relating to players which may be personal data. In the video footage provided by the client, the likeness of the person(s) who is the subject of the analysis may be processed. The Client is the controller of the personal data in question and will be responsible for ensuring that the embedded video was filmed in accordance with the rules of the Regulation.

 

Accepting payments

Payment gateway administrator, payment terminal administrator (payment card data, payer identification and fee).

Legal claims

Debt collection companies, tax and financial advisors, legal advisors (may process identification data, data on rights and obligations, data on claims, data necessary for proving, exercising or defending legal claims).

In addition, we provide or disclose your data to public authorities if we are required to do so by law.

 

Transmissions

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Union member states or to an international organisation.

 

Withdrawal of consent

If we process data on the basis of consent, you have the right to consent revoke at any time. Consent can be withdrawn by email at info@volleyball-institute.com or by a notification sent by post to the address of the controller. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to its withdrawal. You may also withdraw your consent to receive marketing information (unsubscribe) by using the link provided in the email communication.

 

Objection

As regards the data we process on the basis of legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing object at any time for reasons relating to your particular situation against the processing of this personal data. You can exercise your rights in person at the controller or by email at   info@volleyball-institute.com or by a notice sent by post to the address of the controller.

 

Your other rights

- You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data.

- If the data is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected. If they are incomplete, you have the right to complete them.

- You have the right to restrict processing in the cases specified by the regulations, for example, pending their correction or during the objection procedure.

- You have the right to erasure of data in cases determined by regulations, unless this right is restricted by law.

- If we process data on the basis of consent or contract by automated means, you have the right to data portability (the right to obtain the data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and the right to transfer it to another controller).

 

You can exercise your rights by emailing info@volleyball-institute.com or by notification sent by post to the address of the controller. When exercising your rights, we are entitled to verify your identity.

If you are dissatisfied with the way we have responded to the exercise of your rights or if you believe that we are processing your data in breach of the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. www.dataprotection.gov/uoou
